You will join a team with a collective goal, training where needed and a long-term plan in SA not only to deliver to our local clients but support our international growth across the US, Europe and Africa.

There will be an opportunity to grow and progress, travel and where applicable have sponsorship to move. Any language skills such as Dutch, German, French or Spanish would be very desirable but in no way essential. Some experience in candidate sourcing and management would be ideal. However, we value character and teamwork above all else.

The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching clients with open the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner.
