Due to an exciting time of company growth, we are currently in search of a Recruitment Consultant to join our office in Beijing. The role will require you to individually network with mid to senior-level professionals with the aim of placing them with our Renewable Energy clients across China and other parts of APAC.

Responsibilities include:

• Market research and client market mapping

• Attend and lead on client meetings and negotiate and agree terms of business

• Discuss recruitment needs & provide professional advice on solutions

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients

• Headhunt suitable inactive candidates

• Review applications, manage interviews and create candidate shortlists

• Brief candidates on the role and package/ rates

• Organise interviews as requested

• Prepare candidates for interview

• Provide feedback to candidates & clients following interviews

• Discuss client job offers

• Negotiate salary/ rates and finalise arrangements for placements

• Attend conferences and industry events to keep abreast of the latest developments within both the recruitment marketplace and the renewable energy industry.
