​Job Title: R&D Manager

Location: Qinghai, China

Our client, a leading solar PV manufacturer, is seeking an R&D Manager to join their team in Qinghai. The successful candidate will have a strong background in research and development, excellent leadership skills, and experience in the solar industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company's R&D efforts

• Develop and implement R&D strategies to support business growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and technologies

• Manage R&D budgets and ensure timely delivery of projects

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

• Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in engineering, physics, or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in R&D, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of solar PV technology

• Excellent leadership and management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
