​Job title: Quality Manager for Solar Cell

TGRC partnered with a leading renewables business in the search for a Quality Manager for their 2GW PERC Solar Cell manufacturing plant in South Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality within the dynamic field of solar energy.

Responsibilities:

As a Quality Manager, you will be at the forefront of product quality assurance, overseeing the 2GW PERC Solar Cell manufacturing plant's IPQC/FQC/OQC processes. Your key responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing work to ensure compliance with quality requirements

• Guiding the development of quality control plans and inspection standards

• Conducting statistical analysis on product quality trends

• Leading internal and external quality improvement projects

• Building and managing a high-performing quality team

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Five or more years of experience in manufacturing quality

• Over three years of experience in quality management in the photovoltaic industry

• Familiarity with solar cell production testing, incoming material quality, process quality, and shipment quality control

• Proficiency in QC seven techniques, SPC, and other quality tools and methods

• Familiarity with commonly used office software and quality statistics software

• Fluency in both Chinese and English
