​Job Title: QSHE Manager (Offshore) - 6 Months Contract

Location: United Kingdom

Industry: Renewable Energy

TGRC is currently seeking an experienced QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) Manager (Offshore) on behalf of our client, a leading renewable energy Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This is a 6-month contract role with competitive day rates, requiring offshore certifications and past experience working with Siemens equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QSHE management systems and processes for offshore renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements

  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and assess potential risks, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies

  • Oversee the planning and execution of site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations, taking corrective actions as necessary

  • Lead and support the development of safety training programs and materials for on-site personnel, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on QSHE-related matters

  • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices

  • Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

  • Manage relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and other relevant parties, providing regular updates on QSHE performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety Management, or a related field

  • Minimum of [number] years of experience in QSHE management within the offshore renewable energy sector

  • Past experience working with Siemens equipment is essential

  • Valid offshore certifications, such as BOSIET, FOET, or GWO

  • In-depth knowledge of industry-specific QSHE regulations, standards, and best practices

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements

  • Flexibility to travel to offshore locations as needed
