Job Title: QA/QC Manager - Solar PV Projects
Location: Alabama, USA
Rate: $60-$80 per hour, depending on experience
Duration: 6-12 months contract, full-time
Our client, a leading renewable energy developer, is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join their team for Solar PV projects in Alabama. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the projects through implementing and maintaining quality control and assurance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain quality control and assurance systems to ensure the quality of Solar PV projects
Develop and implement quality control and assurance plans and procedures for the projects
Monitor and analyze project quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations
Manage and develop a team of quality control and assurance professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in quality control and assurance, with experience in Solar PV projects preferred
Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance principles, tools, and techniques
Experience in developing and implementing quality control and assurance systems and processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in English is required
The successful candidate will be offered an hourly rate of $60-$80, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
