​Responsibilities：

• Develop and execute external communications strategies to build Community Engagement activities

• Build and manage relationships with regional media and external stakeholders

• Work with external PR and other agencies in Taiwan for communications event

• Communicate closely with Local Taiwan communications team and other internal stakeholders

• Quickly identify key issues of conflict, assist in ease up the tension between local community, ecologists, and environmental groups to iron out details of long-term conservation programs.

The Successful Applicant

• Extensive experience in communications in B to G or related industry

• Preferably experience in Infrastructure or Energy industry.

• Experience working with Local regulatory agencies in Taiwan, such as the Environmental Protection Department, etc in Taiwan would be a plus.

• Fluent in English and Chinese (read, write, presentation)
