​The Green Recruitment Company is looking for an attorney with experience in Public Law (Urban Planning and Environment) to work in a renowned firm specialized in the energy sector with offices in Madrid and Barcelona

The chosen person will report directly to the area partner and will be part of a growing young team having constant contact with the Regulatory and Renewable Energy departments as well as international clients.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all tasks related to administrative law (reports, DD's, patents, tenders, etc.)

• Advice on Administrative Law, Environment and Urban Planning to clients of the firm.

• Advice on matters of public contracting and permitting.

• Advice in all phases of public contracting procedures (tender, offer, negotiation and subsequent execution of public contracts) both to private companies and entities belonging to the Public Administration.

• Advice and configuration of privatization models and financing of public services or infrastructures.

• Obtaining all kinds of concessions, licenses and authorizations, aid and subsidies, and public sector contracts, as well as defense against sanctions, expropriations and damages that generate patrimonial responsibility.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in Public and/or Administrative Law.

• Consolidated knowledge and experience in Urban Planning and/or Environmental law.

• Ability to identify and manage risks in projects.

• High organizational and communication skills.

• High level English (C1)
