Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee the successful execution of a Solar PV project from start to finish. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing resources, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure the project’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of the Solar PV project, ensuring it meets the specified objectives within the set timelines and budget.
EPC Contract Management: Oversee the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, ensuring all terms are adhered to and any issues are resolved promptly.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Essential Qualifications
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Solar PV projects.
EPC Contract Knowledge: Proven experience in managing EPC contracts within the Solar PV sector.
Language Skills: Must be fluent in both German and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Location: Based in Germany, with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
