​As Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering high-quality engineering services to clients across the renewable energy sector. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure technical excellence throughout each phase of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee the delivery of engineering projects within the renewable energy sector.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, health & safety regulations, and contractual requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience, ideally within the renewable energy industry.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluent in both Finnish and English (written and spoken).

• Based in Finland.
