Based in Beijing, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage wind energy projects within a dynamic and innovative environment. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a solid background in managing wind energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of wind energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.

• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant local and international regulations and standards.

• Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on project performance, including progress, financials, and key milestones.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing wind energy projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

• Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in project management software.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the renewable energy sector, specifically wind energy projects.
