​The Role:

• Taking charge of advisory assignments, such as financial structuring, securing necessary debt, or providing support for M&A equity finance endeavours.

• Leading interactions with clients, financial institutions, and other key project stakeholders.

• Supervising financial analysts in developing and managing financial models and cash flow valuations for renewable energy projects.

• Overseeing due diligence procedures, including reviewing work conducted by other advisors.

• Collecting market intelligence in sectors of interest to the company, such as electricity markets, debt markets, or venture capital markets.

• Actively participating in knowledge sharing, building networks, and supporting business development initiatives.
  

The Individual:

• + 5 years of professional experience in the project finance / M&A field of renewable projects (e.g. Solar PV, Onshore & Offshore Wind) across Germany & International markets for an IPP, Advisory or Bank

• Business proficiency in both English and German
