​The Opportunity:

A global boutique renewable energy financial advisory are seeking a Project Finance Manager for their deal team to lead financial structuring and transactions, and bring their industry network to develop new client mandates. You will have responsibility to guide a team to achieve the smooth and efficient executions of mandates.

The Role:

• Taking responsibility for advisory missions e.g. relating to financial structuring, raising required debt or supporting M&A equity finance transactions

• Leading the interactions with clients, banks and other project stakeholders

• Supervising financial analysts on the development and management of financial models and cash flow valuations for renewable energy projects

• Being active in sharing knowledge, building networks and support business development

The Individual:

• Master's or similar degree, preferably in Finance or Engineering

• 8+years of relevant work experience

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

• A strong understanding and mastering of financial concepts and products
