​Green Recruitment Company are partnering with a Global Renewable Energy Developer with a strong track across APAC, as they looking to hire a Manager, Project Finance, in Singapore.

In this role you will be responsible to support the development, commercialisation, business development and project finance activities for the region.

Your role:

• Lead financial modelling of renewables projects across the region

• Lead commercial aspects of project developments to Financial Close through preparation of PPA negotiations, EPC procurement, financing, sell-down to financial investors

• Originate transactions and support transactions through due diligence and transaction closing;

• Support Project Finance processes to bring projects to Financial Close

​

Your profile:

• Degree qualified in a relevant field

• Strong experience in Financial Modelling and an ability to work independently

• 5-10 years experience with a developer / IPP / fund, in a business development and finance related role role in the energy or infrastructure space

• Understanding of renewable energy markets and technology
