​Green Recruitment Company are currently working with a Global renewable energy leader who are well positioned to be at the forefront of the energy transition.

Through growth and market positioning they're now looking to hire a Project Finance Associate covering the entire APAC region, based in Singapore. You will be part of a team responsible for leading, structuring and negotiating financings through both project level and corporate level debt, combined with M&A and divestments.

Your role:

• Manage the qualitative aspects of project and portfolio financings

• Review and analysis all project relevant documentation

• Review investment papers and models prepared by regional development teams

• Collaborate with regional development teams to assess investment opportunities

• Prepare investment papers of for senior management

• Assisting in execution of M&A transaction
  

Your experience:

• Roughly 3-6 years experience ideally in renewable energy, power or infrastructure

• Proven experience within the financial sector with strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as project finance knowledge

• Advance excel financial modelling capabilities, proficient in VBA and proven ability to work well with different teams

• Able to draft and prepare presentation materials including deal teasers, management presentations, and other supporting documentation and analysis

• Able to build and run pro-forma financial models for raising project finance, making investment decisions and M&A valuations
