​Job title: Production Manager

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico (On-site)

The client is a leading Precision Machinery Manufacturing company. In the field of precision metal parts: the company has long provided global high-end customers in the electrical and automotive fields—an industrialized integrated solution integrated with automated assembly technology.

Responsibilities

1. Implement the company's production and operation strategy, and achieve the company's annual production goals;

2. Track production progress, organize and coordinate various production processes, and solve problems in each production process;

3. Supervise the receipt and evaluation of customer orders, track production status, and ensure timely delivery of products;

4. Manage the production site, develop production efficiency improvement plans, and implement tracking;

5. Establish and maintain quality assurance and quality control program plans, carry out quality improvement and continuous improvement;

6. Implement and execute the cost control objectives of the group, strengthen control over the use of raw materials, promote the improvement of production processes and methods, optimize work processes, and ensure continuous reduction of production costs while increasing output and ensuring quality;

7. According to the group's plan for the development of the factory, formulate personnel staffing, organize training for the production department, ensure that the entire workshop personnel have sufficient skills and experience, understand and comply with production methods;

8. Strictly implement safety and civilized production management, and educate employees to abide by labour, process discipline, and operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of production experience

• Strong organizational and managerial skills

• Fluent in English, Familiar with a Time difference of about 14 hours from China.

• Current or former positions as " Manufacturing Supervisor" or " Quality Supervisor" in the company are sufficient, without the need for previous positions as "Manufacturing Manager";

• Work location: Sabinal Industrial Park, Apodaca, Nuevo Leon
