Our client, a leading Chinese solar panel manufacturer, is looking for a Product Marketing Director to join their team in the EU. As the Product Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading the product marketing strategy in the EU, with the aim of increasing brand awareness and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the product marketing strategy in the EU, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and R&D, to develop product roadmaps that meet the needs of EU customers.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and programs, including events, trade shows, and online marketing.

• Develop and produce high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and presentations.

• Manage relationships with key EU customers and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.

• Excellent understanding of the EU solar energy market, including customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and identify market opportunities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the product marketing team.

• Fluent in German or Spanish and English.
