Our Clients
Our clients is a world leader in the global energy market. They are looking for Procurement Manager, responding for PV Module procurement activities in Asia for Solar utility scale projects worldwide.
The Responsibilities of the Role

Full compliance with company Policies on Procurement, Ethics and HSE management.

Define the project procurement strategy with project stakeholders.

Develop suppliers based on sourcing strategies, assess potential suppliers; Conduct cost analysis and negotiation to achieve quality assurance and lowest supply chain cost.

Lead project RFQ tender process with qualified module suppliers, negotiate and propose supplier selection to the Suppliers Selection Committee.

Lead procurement of modules after project awarded, negotiate with the selected supplier about the agreement

Support the project team for negotiating change orders and site-claim management

Monitoring supplier performance, preparing an action plan for improvement and organizing business reviews with all major suppliers.

Regularly communicate with internal key stakeholders for procurement and contract status.

Regular visiting of suppliers and attending industry exhibitions.
Requirements
-
BS degree and above, Procurement, Engineering, Project management.

5-10 years of relevant equipment procurement experience. Minimum of 3 years in solar/wind or energy infrastructure assets.

Good knowledge in industrial project procurement and contract management, understand basic technical topics.

Proactive, self-motivated and strong organization skills.

Good Chinese and English (oral & written) communication, can work in an international and challenging environment.
