​Process Manager - Green Hydrogen Projects

The Green Recruitment Company is excited to announce an opening for a Process Manager, specializing in Green Hydrogen Projects. This role presents a unique opportunity to be a part of the sustainable energy revolution, contributing to pioneering projects in the green hydrogen sector.

Location: Wales, UK

Contract Duration: 20 months

Day Rate: £400

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the process operations of Green Hydrogen Projects, ensuring optimal execution and delivery.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance process efficiency and productivity in green hydrogen production.

  • Work collaboratively with engineering, research, and project management teams to optimize processes for hydrogen production and distribution.

  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, aligning them with project objectives.

  • Uphold strict compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety guidelines.

  • Conduct ongoing process evaluations and improvements, employing best practices.

  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure the projects' alignment with strategic and environmental objectives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in process management, preferably in the renewable energy sector, with an emphasis on green hydrogen projects.

  • Strong background in project management and leadership within the energy sector.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant field.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.

  • Legal right to work in the UK.
