​Process Manager - Green Hydrogen Projects

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Process Manager to take on an exciting role in the burgeoning field of Green Hydrogen Projects. Location: London, UK

Contract Duration: 20 months

Day Rate: £400


  • Leading the process management of Green Hydrogen Projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery.

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of process strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborating closely with engineering, research, and project management teams to optimize hydrogen production and distribution processes.

  • Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet deliverables.

  • Ensuring adherence to industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.

  • Conducting continuous process improvement analysis and implementing best practices.

  • Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project alignment with broader business objectives.


  • Proven experience in process management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.

  • Strong background in managing green hydrogen or similar large-scale energy projects.

  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Legal right to work in the UK.
