Designed for ambitious individuals looking to expand their horizons and gain international experience in the U.S., followed by a chance to work in the R&D lab in China.

Key Features:

• Duration: 9-15 months of overseas assignment in the U.S., followed by relocation back to China to work in the R&D Centre.

• Comprehensive support including visa arrangements, accommodation, insurance, and flight provisions.

• Competitive salary of USD 60,000 - 65,000 while in the U.S. Upon return to China, salary will align with the local market benchmark.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain frontline cell production processes in the U.S. with high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Engage in hands-on training and gain in-depth knowledge of advanced cell production technologies and methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

• Analyze data and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production processes.

• After completing the U.S. assignment, contribute to innovative projects in our R&D lab in China, applying the knowledge and skills acquired abroad.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in cell production process work, preferably with exposure to international environments.

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse work cultures.

• Willingness to relocate to the U.S. for the program duration and subsequently return to China for a role in R&D.

• Previous experience in process optimization and quality control in cell production is highly desirable.
