Job title: Process Engineer Trainee
Location: Jiangxi, China (On-site)
TGRC is excited to introduce a unique Process Engineer Trainee Program aimed at fresh graduates with 1-2 years of experience in cell production frontline process work. Designed for ambitious individuals looking to expand their horizons and gain international experience in the U.S., followed by a chance to work in the R&D lab in China.
Key Features:
Duration: 9-15 months of overseas assignment in the U.S., followed by relocation back to China to work in the R&D Centre.
Comprehensive support including visa arrangements, accommodation, insurance, and flight provisions.
Competitive salary of USD 60,000 - 65,000 while in the U.S. Upon return to China, salary will align with the local market benchmark.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain frontline cell production processes in the U.S. with high standards of quality and efficiency.
Engage in hands-on training and gain in-depth knowledge of advanced cell production technologies and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Analyze data and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production processes.
After completing the U.S. assignment, contribute to innovative projects in our R&D lab in China, applying the knowledge and skills acquired abroad.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in cell production process work, preferably with exposure to international environments.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse work cultures.
Willingness to relocate to the U.S. for the program duration and subsequently return to China for a role in R&D.
Previous experience in process optimization and quality control in cell production is highly desirable.
