​We are seeking an entrepreneurial PPA Software Product Lead to shape and execute the company's PPA software product strategy. In this role, the candidate will lead a cross-functional team to develop innovative, cloud-based software for pricing, comparison, and assessment of PPA deals and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of PPA software products.

• Drive and define the overall PPA product vision and strategy in collaboration with the Head of PPAs.

• Coordinate a cross-functional team of product analysts, developers, and quants.

• Additionally, spread knowledge about PPAs within the wider team.

• Contribute to the development of methodologies for PPA pricing and analysis that underpin the software.

• Build and maintain product roadmaps, making key decisions on feature prioritization.

• Establish an effective team of junior product managers for future product expansion.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and enhance software capabilities accordingly.

• Work closely with the commercial team to drive PPA product adoption and customer success.

• Lastly, lead the international expansion of the company’s PPA products.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Attributes:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

• In addition, 1 year of experience in a PPA-related role, especially with PPA origination, power trading, and/or risk management.

• Deep understanding of renewables and PPA market dynamics.

• Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and manage a complex stakeholder matrix.

• Furthermore, excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Lastly, attention to detail and the ability to switch between high-level strategic considerations and implementation details.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience working with software development teams.

• Additionally, product management experience.

• Moreover, start-up/entrepreneurial experience.

• Experience building and leading a team.

• Lastly, experience pricing PPAs.
