​Portfolio Analyst (Solar)

My client are rapidly expanding Investment Fund based in London.

They are looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join their Asset Management team where you will lead portfolio performance analysis and optimisation on the commercial and residential rooftop portfolios in cooperation with the wider solar team with support from the data team and by working closely with O&M contractors.

Key tasks

• KPI variance analysis and proactive identification of issues affecting the performance of the ground mounted portfolio

• Direct management of O&M contractors

• Ensure preventative maintenance is in line with the O&M contract

• Supporting the health and safety compliance across the solar portfolio.

• Improve efficiency, reporting and effective monitoring of assets.

• Identify potential improvements and optimisation strategies.

• Site visits where appropriate, delivering an inspection report and producing punch lists.

• Onboarding new acquisitions into internal systems and asset management processes.

• Providing support and advice to the wider team and generally supporting team objectives.

Requirements

• Experience with rooftop solar PV systems, specifically through working for or with O&M companies.
