TGRC, a leader in renewable energy recruitment, is seeking an experienced Package Manager specializing in Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) for a high-profile offshore wind project based in Rostock. This pivotal role offers a competitive salary of €120,000 per annum and is structured as a fixed-term 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful delivery of the WTG package, ensuring all components are aligned with project specifications, budget, and timelines.

• Facilitate coordination and communication between project stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure effective integration and execution of WTG components.

• Manage the technical and commercial aspects of the WTG package, including conducting negotiations, overseeing contract management, and handling risk assessments.

• Lead and organize project meetings to provide updates, strategic guidance, and resolve issues with both internal teams and external partners.

• Proactively address and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize impacts on project schedule and costs.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in project management within the offshore wind industry, specifically with Wind Turbine Generators.

• A strong technical background with comprehensive knowledge of WTG design, manufacturing, and installation.

• Proven capability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly beneficial.
