TGRC, a premier recruitment agency specializing in renewable energy, is actively seeking a highly skilled Package Manager with expertise in Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) for an ambitious offshore wind project based in Lübeck. This essential role offers a competitive salary of €120,000 per annum and is designed for a fixed-term 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of the WTG package, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.

• Coordinate effectively among project stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to guarantee seamless integration and execution of WTG components.

• Handle the technical and commercial aspects of the WTG package, including contract negotiations, risk management, and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Conduct project meetings to deliver strategic direction, progress updates, and resolve any arising challenges with both internal teams and external partners.

• Proactively manage and resolve technical issues to maintain project continuity and control costs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in project management within the offshore wind sector, specifically focused on Wind Turbine Generators.

• Robust technical knowledge of WTG design, production, and installation processes.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English; German language proficiency is a significant advantage.
