TGRC, a leader in renewable energy recruitment, is seeking a skilled Package Manager specializing in Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) for a prominent offshore wind project based in Hamburg. This crucial role commands a competitive salary of €120,000 per annum and is designed for a fixed-term 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the WTG package, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Coordinate between project stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and execution of the WTG components.

• Manage the technical and commercial aspects of the WTG package, including contract negotiation, risk management, and compliance with industry standards.

• Lead project meetings, providing clear updates and strategic direction to both internal teams and external partners.

• Drive the resolution of technical issues, ensuring minimal impact on project schedule and costs.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in project management within the offshore wind sector, specifically with Wind Turbine Generators.

• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of WTG design, manufacturing, and installation processes.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams in a highly dynamic environment.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly advantageous.
