TGRC Recruitment is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled Package Manager specializing in Foundations for Offshore Wind. Located in Zeeland, this role is a 14-month contract offering a competitive daily rate. We are seeking a professional with a solid background in wind energy or civil engineering.

Position Overview

As a Package Manager for Foundations in Offshore Wind, you will manage the entire lifecycle of foundation projects for offshore wind turbines, from the design phase through to implementation. This role involves overseeing all aspects of engineering, procurement, construction, and installation. Your strategic insight and leadership skills will be essential in driving projects to meet technical specifications, timelines, and budgetary guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management and execution of foundation packages for offshore wind projects.

• Coordinate interactions among engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations efficiently.

• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.

• Facilitate clear and effective communication across all project stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and clients.

• Implement risk management strategies to proactively address potential project issues.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in wind energy or civil engineering, with a specific focus on offshore wind foundations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven project management skills, capable of leading complex projects.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to manage multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.

Location

This position is based in Zeeland, providing an opportunity to work in a vibrant area known for its significant contributions to the offshore wind sector in Europe.

Compensation

The position offers a daily rate of €700.

Contract Duration

This is a 14-month contract, with potential for extension based on project needs and individual performance.
