TGRC, a leader in renewable energy recruitment, is seeking a proficient Package Manager with a specialization in electrical systems for an offshore wind project based in Klaipeda. This pivotal role offers an attractive salary equivalent to €100,000 per annum and is available on a fixed-term 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the electrical package for the offshore wind project, ensuring all components adhere to project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Coordinate effectively with engineers, project stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of electrical systems.

• Manage all aspects of the electrical package, from design through to implementation, including overseeing procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.

• Conduct project meetings to provide strategic direction, update on progress, and address any technical challenges with both internal teams and external partners.

• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Package Manager or similar role within the offshore wind industry, focusing on electrical engineering.

• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems related to wind energy, including power distribution and grid integration.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills beneficial.
