Location: Klaipeda
Salary: Equivalent to €100,000 per annum
Contract Duration: 12 months

TGRC, a leader in renewable energy recruitment, is seeking a proficient Package Manager with a specialization in electrical systems for an offshore wind project based in Klaipeda. This pivotal role offers an attractive salary equivalent to €100,000 per annum and is available on a fixed-term 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the electrical package for the offshore wind project, ensuring all components adhere to project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
Coordinate effectively with engineers, project stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of electrical systems.
Manage all aspects of the electrical package, from design through to implementation, including overseeing procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
Conduct project meetings to provide strategic direction, update on progress, and address any technical challenges with both internal teams and external partners.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Package Manager or similar role within the offshore wind industry, focusing on electrical engineering.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems related to wind energy, including power distribution and grid integration.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; additional language skills beneficial.
