We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and driven Owner’s Representative to lead projects in Texas. This is a 12-month contract opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate and a chance to play a pivotal role in expanding renewable energy initiatives.

Role Overview: In this critical role, you will serve as the primary intermediary between the project owner and various project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and that project deliverables meet all specifications, budget, and timeline requirements. Your guidance will be crucial in steering projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the project, ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with contractual agreements and project plans.

• Maintain clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders, facilitating regular updates and adjustments as necessary.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and financial expenditures to ensure project parameters are met.

• Swiftly identify and resolve any issues or delays that might affect project timelines or costs.

• Perform regular site visits and audits to enforce strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Generate detailed reports and provide continuous feedback to the project owner and involved parties.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive experience as an Owner’s Representative or in a similar capacity, particularly within the solar PV and energy storage sectors.

• Demonstrated ability in project management, including maintaining control over project schedules and budgets.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively managing relationships and facilitating stakeholder discussions.

• Independent decision-making ability, with a robust capability to handle pressure and make timely decisions.

• Thorough understanding of construction management, industry standards, and regulatory compliance relevant to renewable energy projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
