Role Briefing:

In line with our commitment to quality and expertise, we seek a proficient Owners Representative with a specialization in Solar & BESS. This role necessitates a candidate who can effectively mediate between project stakeholders, ensuring that solar and battery energy storage system projects reach their desired culmination.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate as the central conduit of communication, ensuring projects adhere to the stipulated specifications, quality criteria, and timelines.

• Oversee daily project operations, fostering synergistic coordination amongst contractors, vendors, and pertinent stakeholders.

• Uphold unwavering commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.

• Critically assess and approve project documentation, ascertaining alignment with overarching project goals and client mandates.

• Regularly relay progress updates, pinpointing possible challenges and proffering viable solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• In-depth experience in Solar & BESS projects, with a preference for those who have served in an Owners Representative capacity.

• Thorough understanding of solar and battery energy storage technologies, current market dynamics, and the associated regulatory framework.

• Superior communication, negotiation, and problem-solving faculties.

• A demonstrable history of autonomous work, wherein one has been responsible for the meticulous completion of projects.
