​Owners Representative - Offshore Wind Projects

The Green Recruitment Company is delighted to partner with a distinguished Renewable Energy Owner/Operator to introduce an exceptional opportunity for an Owners Representative in the sector of Offshore Wind Projects. Situated in the beautiful Isumi, this role is pivotal in ensuring that critical renewable energy projects are executed efficiently, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Contract Duration: 18 months
Day Rate: USD $400-$600

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between the owner and the on-site project team, ensuring alignment and adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

• Efficiently communicate and coordinate between the project team and the owner, facilitating clear and effective decision-making.

• Monitor project progression, identifying, and mitigating potential risks, ensuring key milestones are achieved, and implementing necessary corrective actions.

• Engage with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities, ensuring a smooth and compliant project execution.

• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies throughout the project duration.

• Provide regular and transparent project updates and reports to the owner, maintaining clarity and alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Significant experience in a representative or similar role, preferably within the Offshore Wind projects sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of project management, with proven capability to oversee complex offshore wind projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven ability to navigate between diverse stakeholders and facilitate effective coordination.

• Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to offshore wind projects.

• Engineering or a related technical background is highly desirable.
