​Title: Origination Analyst – Renewable Energy

Location: London (hybrid)

The Green Recruitment Company is excited to be working with an international renewable energy developer. Backed by a private investment firm, the business specialises in Solar and BESS projects and is now looking for an Origination Analyst (graduate) to join their team in London.

The Origination Analyst will screen the almost infinite market of private wire opportunities globally.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Land Screening Associates, Land Acquisition Directors, Sales functions and the Chief Development Officer.

• Conducting desktop research and examining an IPU’s (Industrial Power User’s) site and attempting to accurately estimate what the power usage of that site is likely to be. (These methods will be taught.)

• Controlling the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, ensuring all opportunities are captured and processed efficiently.

• Identifying and screening opportunities and determining the project’s viability.

• Bringing forward recommendations for target projects, feeding these to the land screening team and the Chief Development Officer.

Your Profile:

• Post-graduate degree (or equivalent) in Planning/Development/Renewable Energy or related discipline.

• A familiarity, understanding and interest in the wider energy market.

• Fluent in German
