​The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading European Solar Investment platform looking for an Operations Director to play a pivotal role in consolidating their new brand in Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and improve operational strategies and processes that align with the company's growth objectives.

• Manage installations of solar PV projects (Industrial Self-Consumption), including engineering, procurement, and project management.

• Involved in implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all projects meet the company's standards for safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

• Have the opportunity to build and lead your own operations team, selecting and nurturing talent to drive the success of the business.

• Ability to travel as required.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Spanish solar PV Self-consumption industry.

• In-depth technical knowledge of solar PV installations, electrical systems, and construction processes.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels

• Familiarity with CRM systems and other IT tools used in project management and operations.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Language skills: professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
