The Green Recruitment Company are pleased to be supporting our Client, an integrated Solar & Storage developer, who aims to help facilitate the energy transition by developing and investing into large-scale solar and battery storage projects.

 

They seek a highly capable Operations Coordinator to provide support to the organisation.

 

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and confident, with excellent communication skills. They will have strong interpersonal skills and will be very adaptable. They will also be a self-starter with the ability to multitask.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Office administration: liaising with external suppliers, calendar management, and ad hoc requests from the team amongst other duties
  • HR & IT admin
  • Assisting finance function: collating/chasing timesheets and expenses, invoice throughput from corporate suppliers, bookkeeping
  • Marketing support: including assisting with social media campaigns & maintaining the website
  • Events & meetings coordination
