The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to the manufacturing, testing, and distribution of solar products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to the manufacturing, testing, and distribution of solar products.

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that they align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

• Manage compliance audits and inspections, ensuring that corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure that all solar products meet quality and safety standards.

• Provide advice and guidance on compliance issues, ensuring that all employees are aware of their responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations compliance, with a focus on manufacturing and distribution of solar products.

• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and laws related to solar manufacturing, testing, and distribution.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret compliance data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
