They are currently seeking an Operations Associate to join their dynamic Energy Markets team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled individual to contribute to the digitalisation, decentralisation, and decarbonisation efforts that are pivotal to the energy transition. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless activation of customers in the company’s systems, facilitating their smooth participation in contracted programs.

• Collaborate closely with the Transmission System Operator (TSO) to schedule and manage testing, audits, and related activities.

• Manage relationships with trading partners and support the development and launch of new flexibility products and programs.

• Create and analyse reports to monitor customer portfolios effectively.

Your Profile:

• University degree in Science, Energy, Economics, or a numerically based discipline.

• Strong understanding of and interest in energy and flexibility markets.

• Proficiency in Excel; basic coding skills are an advantage.

• A team player who thrives in a high-performing environment focused on continuous improvement.
