Position: Installation Supervisor

Location: Gangwon

Contract Duration: 18 months

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the onshore wind installation activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate and supervise the installation team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient execution of tasks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure effective coordination during installation operations.

• Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on installation activities to the project management team.

• Support the commissioning process, working closely with the commissioning team to ensure a seamless transition from installation to the operational phase.

• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance during installation activities, addressing any challenges that may arise.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Installation Supervisor in the onshore wind industry or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of onshore wind installation processes, including turbine installation, tower erection, and electrical connection.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.

• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.

• Flexibility to work in challenging onshore conditions and travel as required.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.

Remuneration: This is a contract role with a duration of 18 months. The successful candidate will receive a competitive pay rate ranging from USD $55-70 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
