​Job Title: Offshore Wind Installation Supervisor

Location: Taiwan

Contract: 12-month contract with possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $55-$70 per hour (depending on experience)

Our client, a leading Offshore Wind Developer in Taiwan, is seeking an experienced Offshore Wind Installation Supervisor to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of offshore wind turbines and ensuring the safety and quality of the installation process.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation of offshore wind turbines and ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality standards

• Manage and coordinate the activities of installation teams, including contractors and subcontractors

• Review and approve installation plans and procedures

• Conduct inspections and audits of installation activities to ensure compliance with project requirements

• Maintain accurate records of installation activities and report progress to project management

• Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams as required

• Participate in project planning and scheduling activities as required

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in offshore wind installation or a related field

• Strong knowledge of offshore wind turbine installation techniques, procedures, and safety practices

• Experience managing installation teams, including contractors and subcontractors

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
