Reporting Line: Directly report to CEO
Team Size: There are three mainly divisions in this team, one is the exception handling, another is regular maintaining matters, the other is system monitoring. Overall, the team size is about 30+.
2021 KPI ：Per capita net profit increased by 20%
- Planning and managing all O&M activities, including monitoring, operation, maintenance, fixing abnormal alert and client service.
- Based on data analysis to develop operating strategy to optimize energy yield.
- Continually optimize monitoring system, improving the user interface.
- Based on contract scope to provide support and service to make sure customers' satisfaction.
- Corporate with cross functional team to support business growth.
- Responsible for O&M team's performance management and talent development.
- Human resource allocation with the best efficiency. (Also, can use external source)
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- A Bachelor's degree above, 10+ years experiences in O&M or relevant function.
- Good at data analysis, planning and forecasting.
- Leadership with good communication ability.
- Strategic & systematic thinking ability with business sense and be able to roll out plans based on data analysis.
