Team Size: There are three mainly divisions in this team, one is the exception handling, another is regular maintaining matters, the other is system monitoring. Overall, the team size is about 30+.

Job description:

• Planning and managing all O&M activities, including monitoring, operation, maintenance, fixing abnormal alert and client service.
• Based on data analysis to develop operating strategy to optimize energy yield.
• Continually optimize monitoring system, improving the user interface.
• Based on contract scope to provide support and service to make sure customers' satisfaction.
• Corporate with cross functional team to support business growth.
• Responsible for O&M team's performance management and talent development.
• Human resource allocation with the best efficiency. (Also, can use external source)

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• A Bachelor's degree above, 10+ years experiences in O&M or relevant function.
• Good at data analysis, planning and forecasting.
• Leadership with good communication ability.
• Strategic & systematic thinking ability with business sense and be able to roll out plans based on data analysis.
