Job description

TGRC is looking for a Network Connection Manager to join a leading energy company. The company has been developing, implementing and operating solar power plants in Europe for years to actively advance the energy transition.

Well-planned and constructed solar power plants promote biodiversity and species protection. After successfully implementing projects in Europe, we would now like to support the growth of renewable energies, especially PV solar energy, in Germany.

Tasks

  • Carrying out the network compatibility test at medium-voltage and high-voltage levels using external consultants

  • Coordination and monitoring of grid connection activities throughout the entire project development process, from planning to commissioning

  • Advising all team members regarding statements from the energy supply company (EVU) on the grid connection application

  • Coordination and testing of external services as well as costs as part of the connection measures for a solar power plant

  • Application and extension of network reservations, taking into account the requirements in coordination with the network operators

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an electrician, electrical engineer, electronics master (m/f/d) and/or a completed degree in electrical engineering

  • Deepening in the areas of energy technology, renewable energies and grid connection;

  • In addition, experience in project management is an advantage

  • Moreover, ideally, knowledge of Power Factory and AutoCAD Viewer or comparable programs

  • Furthermore, Good knowledge of German and English

  • Lastly, Possession of a class B driving license
