​Role: Manager, Project Finance

Location: Remote

We've got an exciting opportunity with a wind and solar IPP that are currently looking to hire a Manager, Project Finance!

With over 500mw of projects outlined and/or in production, they are rapid growing and looking to expand their Finance Team!

This role will support the CFO with the critical financial analysis and project valuation to contribute to the effective operational and strategic direction of the growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excel-based cash flow models for financing as well as project and company evaluations for Wind, Solar, & Storage projects

• Build and maintain relationships with financial partners

• Financial assessment of projects and investments

• Run and create financial models, occasionally support international modelling efforts as well

• Preparing decision memos and proposals for optimization based on model results

• Assessing opportunities and market risks

Your Profile:

• 5+ years experience, industry experience required (Wind, Solar, Storage, etc.)

• Financial modeling and Tax Equity experience

• Expert in MS Excel

• Excellent communication skills and able to interact with wide variety of teams and stakeholders

• Comfortable with making suggestions that can improve existing processes

• Ability to identify, execute, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and schedules
