Responsibilities:

• Designed and optimized the calculation model of photovoltaic project investment, clarified and corrected the relevant parameters according to the industry situation and the actual project development, and ensured the effective and accurate calculation results;

• Participated in photovoltaic project review, analyzed and suggested project investment risks, and provided professional review opinions for project decisions;

• Support developers, conduct preliminary economic evaluation of potential projects, provide financial advice, and assist developers to complete project proposals;

• Ability to conduct preliminary investment analysis, professional technical knowledge of photovoltaic power stations, business negotiation and preparation of analysis reports;

• Comprehensively evaluate and design a reasonable and feasible transaction structure, and guide developers to optimize the project transaction structure according to the requirements of review and project risk control;

• Participated in project investment and transaction, including preliminary value judgment, project approval, business talks, design and implementation of transaction structure and scheme, voting and delivery, etc.;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance: economy, finance, accounting, etc.

• At least 2, 3 years of experience in wind power, photovoltaic and other new energy industry project evaluation, proficient in new energy investment calculation model and boundary principle, as a member of project investment committee is preferred;

• Excellent negotiation, communication and investment report writing skills

• Fluent English is a Must

• Rich ability in project investment, transaction, risk analysis and response;
