Job Title: Renewable Energy M&A Analyst

Location: Singapore

Job Overview:

We are supporting our client to hire a Renewable Energy M&A Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and executing merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities in the renewable energy industry. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector.


• Conduct financial analysis and valuation of renewable energy companies and projects

• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate potential M&A transactions and investment opportunities

• Conduct due diligence on potential targets, including analysis of financial statements, contracts, and legal documents

• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders on M&A opportunities and industry trends

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, technical, and commercial teams, to assess potential deals

• Build relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy industry to stay current on industry trends and identify potential acquisition targets

• Support the deal process from origination to closing, including preparing transaction documents, negotiating terms, and coordinating with external advisors and counterparties


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field

• At least 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, with a focus on the renewable energy industry

• Strong financial modeling skills and experience analyzing complex financial statements

• Deep understanding of the renewable energy industry, including market dynamics and key players

• Experience conducting due diligence on M&A transactions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
