Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-precision machinery components. With a strong focus on innovation and quality, they serve global clients across automotive, industrial, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for exports, including customs clearance, transportation, and insurance, ensuring timely and secure delivery of goods.

• Collaborate with logistics providers to refine shipping strategies, improve efficiency, and minimize costs.

• Plan and execute shipment schedules for customer orders, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

• Monitor shipment progress in real-time, proactively updating customers and resolving transit-related issues (e.g., delays, damages).

• Liaise with clients to address logistics inquiries (packaging, delivery methods) and enhance service satisfaction.

• Gather customer feedback to identify logistics pain points and implement process improvements.

• Maintain precise records of finished goods inventory, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.

• Supervise stock movements (inbound/outbound) and conduct routine audits to safeguard inventory accuracy.

• Analyze inventory trends and recommend strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.

• 5+ years (Supervisor) / 3+ years (Engineer) of logistics or warehouse experience in manufacturing; exposure to export operations or multinational environments is a plus.

• In-depth knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and warehouse management systems.

• Proven ability to manage logistics workflows independently with a results-driven approach.

• Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Fluency in Hungarian and English (written and spoken) for seamless cross-border communication.
