​Join a leader in energy transformation as Project Director for one of the most ambitious on-site power generation projects in the U.S.—a multi-phase 1,344 MW combined cycle plant in Millersport, Ohio. You'll lead the project from initial development (488 MW phase) through full buildout, overseeing strategy, execution, and delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the entire project lifecycle: development, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover

• Direct due diligence, feasibility, and risk assessments

• Define procurement strategy and manage commercial negotiations with contractors and suppliers

• Drive execution through schedule, budget, and quality control oversight

• Ensure regulatory and HSE compliance, while advancing sustainability and innovation goals

• Manage stakeholder relationships with utilities, contractors, regulators, and internal leadership

• Oversee closeout, handover to O&M, warranty claims, and post-launch support

• Promote digitalization and continuous improvement across the project team

What You Bring:

• 15+ years leading large-scale energy infrastructure projects

• Proven experience with combined cycle plants, distributed energy systems, and utility-scale builds

• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, project finance models, and construction law

• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and QA/QC standards (OSHA, ISO, EPA)

• Ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex stakeholder environments

• Bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical); PMP or IPMA preferred
