They are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated Energy Performance Engineer to aid in building out their Energy Efficiency team that will manage small to large projects developing energy management solutions for major retailers.

Pay Rate: ~$75,000 + (DOE)

We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the role of Lighting Engineer. This is an excellent chance for the right individual to join an established organization that is experiencing significant growth.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. This is

   NOT

   a design engineering role. Largely 1-to-1 LED replacements and minor improvements to the existing controls or fixture type.

2. The role requires candidates to pull from their design and construction experience to scope solutions, provide Tier 3 support, and think creatively at an expert level.

3. The candidate must have significant US work experience with national codes and design standards.

4. Candidate must be detail oriented and personable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support through the creation of lighting calculation, layouts and technical solutions to meet project specific requirements, interior and exterior

• Determining the best project solutions of fixture types, lumen packages and placement to ensure customer satisfaction

• Perform point-by-point lighting calculations to determine best fit for LED fixture / light replacement

• Perform project based utility level incentive calculations and work with internal Incentive Team to ensure proper submittal / approval

• Work with Procurement Team in the selection and standardization of LED luminaires

• Providing guidance and instruction to internal and external customers

• Independently manages multiple projects of varying size and complexity

• Offers remote technical support to vendors/contractors and internal personnel
