Our client, a leading renewable energy developer based in Taipei, is seeking a Legal Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the organization, managing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to the organization on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.

• Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization and provide advice and guidance to the leadership team.

• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in the renewable energy industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
