The Role:
As the Lead Electrolytic Cell R&D Engineer, you will play a crucial role in guiding our research and development efforts, focusing on creating more efficient and sustainable electrolytic cell solutions. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our project, ensuring that we remain at the cutting edge of clean energy technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the development of innovative electrolytic cell technologies

• Conducting extensive research to enhance the performance and efficiency of our solutions

• Collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team to bring concepts to fruition

• Overseeing the execution of experiments and analyses to validate design choices

• Ensuring all developments adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety

• Staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field

• Extensive experience in electrolytic cell research and development

• Strong knowledge of electrochemistry and materials science

• Exceptional leadership and project management skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
