​Title: Lawyer (Energy Projects)

Location: London Area, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our client, a highly regarded leading law firm within renewables, are looking for an Associate to join their Projects team in their London office owing to the adoption of decarbonisation as one of the themes underpinning their Transformational strategy. You will have a particular focus on the renewable energy sector but you will also be involved in a variety of infrastructure projects and transactions.

The ideal candidate is one with experience across energy projects and transactions and has a keen interest in renewables.

The Role:

Their Projects team covers the full project lifecycle from initial project set-up/acquisition, through to project development, financing, operations and exit. Their wide breadth of technologies include solar, wind, storage, biomass, energy-from-waste, green hydrogen and electric vehicle charging.

In addition to energy, their Projects team is also active in the infrastructure sector and has particular expertise in education, universities, healthcare, rail, roads, airports and related transport infrastructure.
