​Job title: Land Screening Associate (Planning) - Solar & BESS

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

The Green Recruitment Company is excited to be working with an international renewable energy developer. Backed by a private investment firm, the business specialises in Solar and BESS projects and is now looking for Land Managers (graduates or experienced) to join their team in London.

Responsibilities:

• Identify land suitable for hosting large renewable energy projects by using GIS software and considering planning constraints.

• Assess overall project viability by taking planning and commercial factors into consideration.

• Produce commercial parameters to aid in land negotiations.

• Produce commercial designs for systems.

• Through a network of land advisors and internal Land Acquisition Directors, assist in securing land parcels under lease options.

Your Profile:

• Real Estate degree, or another relevant degree.

• Previous experience in land agency, real estate, planning or development.

• Land acquisition experience.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Knowledge and interest in renewable energy.
